My stay was peaceful, would stay here again. Exceptionally nice location close to tavernas with good reasonably priced food and drinks, harbour, and restaurants, and the room was new-fashioned.

overall, quiet place, it fits me. staff are welcoming. there's views of the town and sea.

We stayed 6 nights here, however it was an extra special experience. It was located in a good area just off the sea & the lovely harbour of Agia Efimia. The harbor area and all of the shops, and excellent, reasonably priced, restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets.

Located near many lovely beaches, Ballas Apartments offers a fantastic view of the sea. the property is just a short walk away from the center of Agia Efimia, where you can find plenty of bars and tavernas. the rooms are basic but comfortable and clean, with amenities like a kettle, cooking equipment, and a hairdryer. the host, Stavros, is friendly and accommodating, offering complementary wine and baklava upon arrival. the daily housekeeping service ensures that the rooms are well-maintained and fresh towels are provided.

Some mornings, there may be issues with the hot water supply in the showers.

We loved the incredible location of the apartments, with stunning views of the bay. Being able to watch the sunrise from our room or balcony each morning was a treat. the garden was well-maintained and offered a beautiful view. the apartments were conveniently close to restaurants, bars, bakeries, and boats. Stavros, the host, ensured we had a great experience and the daily cleaning and breakfast items provided were a nice touch. If you're traveling by car, there is easy access to the property. We would definitely stay here again.

The small touches provided by Stavros, such as a complimentary bottle of water on arrival and daily housekeeping, made us feel so welcome. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful beaches in all directions of the island. Despite a small issue with hot water, Stavros' honesty and efficiency in resolving it was much appreciated. we had a fantastic, relaxing budget holiday at Ballas Apartments and would happily return!

The room may have been basic, but it was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchenette. The location was ideal for us to explore the beautiful island of Kefalonia, with charming restaurants and shops just a short distance away. We also loved having access to the peaceful and relaxing garden, where we could unwind and enjoy the serenity of the surroundings.

We had a wonderful time at Ballas Apartments in Kefalonia. The owner was very helpful, giving us tips and lending us an umbrella. The location was great, with a beautiful view from the terrace. The beds were comfortable and the studio had everything we needed. The local wine and baklava left as a treat was a nice touch. We loved exploring the nearby beaches and the charming town.
